is an appeal launched by the Institute of Cancer Research in London
to fund research into both prostate and testicular cancers.

Rising contains up-to-date news and articles on all aspects

Pointers is a very useful site with contributions from
prostate cancer specialists, prostate cancer patients, scientists
and partners of prostate cancer patients. The Ron Voss Handbook
can be found on this site and is a useful account for anybody
considering undergoing radical surgery. He discusses life before,
during and after radical prostatectomy. Seedpods is a very useful
group for those wishing to know more about Brachytherapy (radioactive
seed implantation) and is also located here.

Prostate Online allows you to search for keywords and
has a great deal of information about prostate cancer. It also
has a useful Diagnosis Brochure that briefly discusses the stages
leading to treatment..

offering support and directing people towards quality sources
of information.

Web is a site with information for prostate cancer patients
and their families, health professionals and research scientists.
The
University of Newcastle has a comprehensive set of links
to sites containing information on prostate, penile and testicular
cancer.
The
American Cancer Society has a section called The Prostate
Cancer Resource Center which contains information on symptoms,
treatments and prostate cancer news. Simply type "prostate" in

site includes extensive details of impotence causes and its treatment.
Lycopene.com
is a commercial site all about the health giving properties of
the tomato. Nonethless, it is interesting and potentially useful
to those looking for more information about diet.
Doctor's
Guide is full of information on many diseases including
prostate cancer. There are links to other prostate cancer sites

to many of the available mailing lists as well as information

Newsgroups
are very similar to mailing lists, except you only see messages
to the group when you visit it. You won't receive e-mails You
can access newsgroups using Outlook Express and Netscape, You
will need to contact your ISP to find out which news server to
connect to, and configure your news reader appropriately. Your
ISP will be able to tell you how to do this.
